Return Eligibility
• Products must be returned within 48 hours of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

• Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at support@kennutrition.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Ship the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number, and ship them to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please:

2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
